Return & Exchange
- If for any reason you are unhappy with any items purchased through our website, please email sales@angelshair.co.uk, within 14 days of purchasing your order, and we will happy to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Please ensure that all goods are in a sellable condition and products must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Order Cancellation: Pre-Shipment
- If you wish to cancel an order, please do so immediately via email. Cancellations made via email will be timed at the time of reading, not sending or receipt.
- Please note that you will be charged a small cancellation fee incurred by our Payment Service Providers (PayPal, Stripe). This is due to the recent changes in their Terms and Conditions. If you have any enquiries/concerns, please contact us via email.
Order Cancellation: Post-Shipment
- You may cancel your order at any time after it has been dispatched but no later than 7 working days after the day you received the product. Please email at sales@angelshair.co.uk with your purchase details
