Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us via www.angelshair.co.uk before sending your item back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Due to hygiene reasons, items with broken security seals, opened packaging, or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
